Where Straw Dog Racing Began
Straw Dog Racing was created by runners who believe the trail shapes the experience as much as the run itself. Founded by Stephen Connor, Mauro Campanelli, and Russell Thacker, the idea was simple: build races that feel grounded, welcoming, and true to the places they’re run.
Not too serious. A little quirky. Always rooted in authenticity. Straw Dog Racing is an invitation to show up, run your way, and share a good day on the trail.
